Technology has made me cowardly; or has it?
None of us does get a choice of which epoch we want to live in. Don't ask me which is the 'best'. As many people will tell you, it's all relative.
This oh-so-high-tech world I'm in now often leaves me lagging. Yeap, that's me - the lagger, the slow one, or simply, sua ku. Perhaps I do yearn for my younger years sometimes. It's not just about the youth, I assure you.
I hate to rehash such a frequently commented on topic but really, this technological edge/age has left a dent on the moral (too harsh maybe?) state of our society. I promise not to whine at length but what is most repulsive to me is how cowardly we have become.
And no, I'm not even talking abt perverts conning young girls. Just read those tagboards, and I rest my case.
I shan't thread the moral high ground and put myself above it all. SMS - a great means to say I'm sorry; email - revolutionary in helping me express myself. I have not spared myself.
What have I come to.
